FAQ’s

1. How does the online training program work?

After you pay the $500 deposit, please email Vijay with: Your Name, Phone Number, Address and Email you will be available at during the time of the conference and Vijay will FedEx to you the course material, SAP GUI and the log on details for the server and the gotomeeting information for the web conference.

Registered students will be receiving course material, and connection information via FedEx.  The training will be conducted using online conferencing tools. These tools allow the students to view the trainer’s desktop on their own computer screen. Further we will be providing a 1-800 conferencing number to connect to a web conference. The number of students in any one batch will be restricted, so that the trainer can answer the student’s questions and queries. Students will also be able to share their desktop with the trainer so that he can see the student’s screens in case there are queries/questions.

2. What are the advantages/disadvantages of online training?

Advantages:

Online training can have several advantages, like working from the convenience of a home based environment. The students or trainers don’t need to travel to a classroom based setting, thereby saving a lot of travel time. Even if you are traveling/ living in a different state or city, it is easy to simply connect to the toll free number from anywhere. You just need a telephone and a internet connection to attend the program!

Desktop conferencing allows the students to view the trainers desktop (and vice versa). This allows the students to take screen shots of the trainer’s desktop, while going through complex configuration, coding etc for easy reference at a later date.
Since we have lower overhead and are lowering our costs, we pass these savings on to the students in the form of a significantly lower course fee.

Disadvantage:

The disadvantage is the lack of personal touch/face to face interaction between all the students and the trainer, however it has been the experience of several people, that online classes can be just as rewarding as classroom based training. So this is not a major constraint or limitation.

3. What is the kind of support that the students will get from the trainers/institute?
Students will be provided with excellent reference material.  Further since our trainers are full time professionals, though they will not be available during the day time, they will be answering all of the student’s queries on email. Students are provided access information allowing them to practice remotely.  Remote access will be provided for three months from the first day of class.

4) Could slow networks or dropped phone calls be a hindrance?
This should not be a problem especially considering the high speed internet connections available. If at all there are problems in the network at any time, due to unavoidable reasons, we make sure that classes are rescheduled accordingly, but this should be a very rare occurrence if at all.

5) Can I pay the deposit or the full payment via Credit Card?
